Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voicron Connect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and individuals who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voicron Connect is a multilingual AI-powered voice broadcasting platform designed for institutions across East Africa. The Service enables organizations to create, manage, and deliver voice messages to their audiences in multiple languages and dialects.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized by your organization to use the Service
• Complete the registration process and provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Access to Voicron Connect is currently by invitation or approval only. We reserve the right to approve or deny access requests at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in harassment
• Broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send voice messages without proper consent from recipients where required by law

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including voice messages, contact lists, and campaign materials. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: Voicron Connect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Compliance and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary consents and permissions before sending voice messages to recipients
• Complying with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations
• Ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information
• Paying all fees associated with your use of the Service

7. Fees and Payment

Pricing for the Service is outlined in your organization's agreement with Voicron. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms specified in your agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's operation or your use thereof. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voicron, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
